Gas Steam Table Cabinet GSTC74-5O 74″ 5 Wells, Optional Sneeze Guard

Service hot fresh food to your customers with Prepline’s stainless steel gas steam table cabinet. This enclosed cabinet steam table features a durable stainless steel construction that can withstand any commercial kitchen. With 3,500 BTU jet burners per well, your food will stay hot for as long as you need and with configurations for up to 5 wells, you can serve as many or as few options as you’d like. Independent controls allow you to control the temperature of each well as needed. An 8” cutting board is included. Installed casters are available options.

Open well steam tables can be used with water (spillage pans sold separately) or dry heat, giving you added versatility when serving and presenting different types of food. You can even use each compartment independently, one for dry food, another for water, or even turn one off if you don’t need it.

Each steam table compartment features its own thermostat so you have the freedom to heat different foods to different temperatures, or not at all, with or without water.

This steam table features independent “open well” compartments that accept spillage pans for holding water, making for a much easier installation vs sealed well types. Simply fill the spillage pans with water, insert your food pans and you’re ready to serve. No plumbing or drain required.
